Morning of the foray starts with some hot coffee and damp, cool air.

What no bunnie ears?
Richard demonstrates a important technique to freeze a fungi in place before picking; the "Evil Finger". When applied correctly, the mushroom will remain immobile so that you can harvest it without all that running about.

The foray can be dry or cold or wet, but the food is always great.
